Our Story

Different paths to the same end.

Our founders are passionate about health, wellness and longevity. But that wasn’t always the case.

One is a successful entrepreneur in the finance industry who spent two decades putting wealth ahead of health. Later, he pivoted making his own optimal health and longevity his second career. He studied volumes of literature and conducted self experimentation on cutting edge biohacking, fitness, and anti-aging tools. His finance background equipped him with the skill to distill vast amounts of information into concise, actionable insights. This led to the creation of the Five to Thrive©, a framework simplifying the overwhelming array of health and wellness products, protocols, and ideas into a few universal concepts..

Our other founder found herself in a decade long downward spiral caused by alcoholism. Having tried each and every recovery protocol only to be met with another relapse and more prescriptions, she instinctively knew there had to be a better way. One day while researching all of the medications she was being prescribed, she had an epiphany – what if I just try to get healthy to the point were I don’t need medications? It worked. Not only are the medications in the rearview, but so is the alcoholism, as she’s almost 10 years sober. Now as Naturopath Practitioner, she knows she’s pursuing her destiny confirmed by the fact that she learned her great-great-great grandfather was one of the pioneers in the practice. In the late 1800s, he wrote books on some of the very therapies we espouse today, namely the healing power of exposure to extreme heat and cold.

We’ve boiled healthy living down to a few key concepts and incorporate the science of the minimum effective dose for each stimuli.

Lifestyle choices can either promote relapse, or prevent it. Those in active recovery are often nutrient deficient and sleep deprived. Thus, the body is unable to heal itself. Small changes in the lifestyle have a profound impact on neurotransmitter and endocrine function.
